The new site has been designed around IFAs’ key business processes.
Legal & General has introduced a tiered access approach enabling all IFAs to access a range of general information and product literature when they first visit IFA Centre. Logging on will then only be required when IFAs want to access information specific to their clients such as fund values and case tracking as well as undertaking transactions with Legal & General such as producing quotations and submitting applications for term assurance.
www.legalandgeneral.com/ifacentre was launched in 1997 and now has 14,000 registered users. The company expects the usage of the site to rise significantly following this redesign.
The key services now available to registered IFAs online include access to online term assurance, online ISAs, new business tracking, policy enquiries, valuations and various quotation systems including Protection Choices and the recently launched E-TVAS for pension transfers.
