Online term assurance allows advisers to go online with the customer present and complete and submit applications into L&G’s processing systems, all without the need for a signature. Advisers who typically advise customers whilst in their own offices use OLTA. Advisers who tend to see customers away from their offices generally prefer e-Protection Choices, which utilises ‘store and forward’ technology so they can access quotes and applications offline.
