Lifeboat Mortgage Solutions will offer advisers and agents who are part of the Lifeboat Financial Group bespoke mortgage sourcing software and transaction technology. There is also a website which will offer further services to include a comprehensive choice of General Insurance providers to fully compliment the mortgage package.
Lifeboat Mortgage Solutions will offer a bespoke version of Trigold’s industry leading Prospector Plus with direct mortgage Submission, access to over 70 lenders both prime and sub-prime. In addition, Lifeboat Mortgage Solutions will include free MCCB membership, Free PI insurance, Top procuration fees and Packaging facilities. Lifeboat Mortgage Solutions will also give access to a National Conveyancing Network paying excellent introducer fees. Non-qualified Trainees and informed choice propositions also available and there is no administration penalty if an application is withdrawn.
Part of the bespoke Trigold support software is ‘Compliance Shield’. The system enables the generation, capture, time-stamping and archiving of compliance documentation at the point of sale. This includes online checking of Fact-Finds, Reason Why Letters and other associated documents including the application form. The addition of the Compliance Shield ideally positions Lifeboat Mortgage Solutions to be October 2004 compliant.
