Speaking at the 12th LifeSearch 2015 Protection Awards in London’s Haberdashers Hall this afternoon Baigrie said: "If all goes to plan we will become a partnership within five years.
"This could be something different. With 100 plus advisers we would be the first to do it at this scale.
"This is about removing the shareholder."
LifeSearch already shares some of its profits with employees who have served a minimum three years, the smallest bonus in 2014 being around £900 to someone on less than £20,000 per year.
