CHL Mortgages joins 41 existing lenders in LIME’s mortgage club and specialises in self-certification and buy-to-let mortgages.
Keith Richards, group sales and marketing director at Tenet, commented: “LIME has been experiencing very positive growth during the past few months and as LIME recruit more specialist practises, we want to ensure we retain a competitive offering.
"CHL Mortgages provides access to offerings such as the light refurbishment product and limited company buy-to-let products. They will lend 85 per cent loan-to-value on new build flats and lend against 25 per cent or 10 flats in a block, whichever is the greater.”
