The new partnership sees members of both companies mutually benefiting from a range of new services.
LIME members and clients will have access to a comprehensive and professional packaging service from Exclusive Connections, the largest mortgage packager in the market.
The service will be available via 6 of Exclusive Connections local offices and will provide members with access to a packaged panel of 17 lenders and an inclusive range of exclusive products with highly competitive procuration fees.
In addition, Exclusive Connections are now able to offer their members access to an enhanced white-labelled version of LIME’s comprehensive direct submission mortgage club giving them access to an array of lenders, offering a choice of mortgage schemes, including exclusive products negotiated by LIME all with competitive terms and market leading procuration fees.
Exclusive Connections members will also receive access to the LIME direct submission non-regulated assurance panel, which provides competitive products with enhanced commission terms.
