It expects to increase adviser numbers over the next few months.
LIME has grown by 12.26 per cent from July to September. In response to this growth, LIME has expanded its business support team to five to deal with enquiries. It is also developing their account management team, with the recent addition of Tony Mifsud, previously training and development manager for Plus One Services, who will be out in the field to support LIME members.
The induction process has also been revised, using more online technology to reduce the timeframe for members to come on board.
Group chief executive Simon Hudson commented: “LIME has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2004. With the backing and experience of Tenet, we were confident we could deliver a first class mortgage network proposition and LIME’s rapid and continuing growth is an endorsement that we are listening to what advisers need. We have had significant success in attracting high quality firms with a passion to grow. Key attractions are our financial strength, market leading rates, first class support package and highly competitive charging structure. Advisers also value the flexibility of our offering, which allows off panel activity and does not tie members to using certain software packages.”
