Customers could save between £299 and £699 on the cost of arranging their mortgage as a result.
Product fees will be waived as part of the Lloyds TSB "Fee Free October". Customers remortgaging with Lloyds TSB will also have their transfer of funds fee of £30 waived. The offer runs from 2-31 October 2006.

With Easy Living none of the usual product fees, valuation fees, legal fees or closing administration fees apply. The Lloyds TSB Fee Free October means even more of our customers can save on product fees."
