The product range now allows landlords to hold portfolios to a value of £2 million with LMC.
Highlights:
* Product structure with only two loan-to-value (LTV) bandings
* CCJ assessment based on number rather than value
* Two-year fixed rates available from 5.54%
* 90% LTV buy-to-let (BTL) product available
* No Early Repayment Charge (ERC) buy-to-let product fixed at 6.19% to 85% LTV
* 100% rental coverage available across the buy-to-let fixed range
* Maximum buy-to-let portfolio increased to £2 million
The products are offered on a full status and self-certification basis up to 90% LTV. The same LTV is also available for BTL. Arrangement fees can be added to the loan above the LTV maximum.
