She will work primarily with Matt Tristram, joint director, to grow the Loans Warehouse brand and explore other business opportunities within the finance sector and will take responsibility for the brokerage's public relations.
Dyson announced she was leaving the online financial news publisher on Friday, after four and a half years as editor.
Matt Tristram said: "We have set our sights high for the next 12 months; we believe that growth in the secured loan industry will continue and we want to lead the way. Millie's introduction is the first of several high profile names joining our team in the coming weeks, so watch this space."
Dyson added: "I am thrilled to be undertaking this new role with Loans Warehouse. They are already well established within the secured loans market and I’m looking forward to taking them to the next level.
