Other popular services included automated valuations (57 per cent) and data transfer (52 per cent).

Facilities considered to be least useful to packagers were the online instruction of solicitors (29 per cent). Small things such as email confirmations and local printing of offers make a huge impact on business. TMB is committed to developing useable and friendly technology to make it easier to do business with us.”
