The site includes a mortgage tracking facility, and details of other services available from the lender.
Stephen Peete, deputy chief exedutive at Loughborough, said: "This is another distribution channel for the Society , giving existing members and potential members a different way to apply for a mortgage. This is our first step towards being able to offer a fully transactional website for both borrowers and investors and i am delighted to say that we received our first online application within a few days of the site going live."
