The move follows on from a successful piloting of the scheme and is believed to save advisers an average of 40 minutes per sale.
The Point of Sale system is the final bolt-on to be added to Mortgage Advice Bureau's MIDAS system, providing a complete end-to-end solution for brokers.
Peter Brodnicki, chief executive of Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Mortgage Advice Bureau is striving towards a successful and promising 2008.
"By implementing this system we are ensuring that we have in place the necessary means to deliver an excellent service to customers, make the process less time-consuming for advisers and also to support advisers in maximising protection and ancillary sales."
He stressed that the developments mean that the firm is no longer reliant on any network or third party for system changes or enhancement.
"This is a totally bespoke system and provides end-to-end solutions for advisers, administrators, introducers and business owners alike, all of which have been consulted and have had input into the development of the system.”
Around 300 advisers are currently using the system via MAB’s distribution of estate agency partners and mortgage shops.
