Paragon plans to rebrand Britannic Money to Mortgage Trust in the near future, and will continue to run the business from Epsom, as an independent discrete operation. John Heron, Paragon Group's director of mortgages will take responsibility for the development and implementation of Mortgage Trust's new business strategies.

Paragon understands the mortgage market and can provide what is required to enable the business to thrive and grow. I believe that under Paragon's ownership Mortgage Trust will flourish, and I wish them and the staff every success for the future."
