It follows an earlier upgrade to the society’s systems cut the time taken to get online cases to its underwriting team.
The society, which has just announced a 49% increase in completions for the six months to the end of June, believes that its investment and focus in the intermediary sector is a key component in achieving its ongoing success.
Stuart Bryce, business development manager at the Mansfield, said the latest enhancement is about improving service without compromising its common sense underwriting approach.
He said: “Brokers continue to tell us that they value our approach to underwriting, assessing each case on its own merits, and would benefit from a streamlined online application process.
“This new development significantly improves broker access to our lending proposition, making it even easier to deal with the Mansfield.”
