It follows his departure from Pink network in August this year after three and a half years. On joining, Graves will become a shareholder in The Right Mortgage and Protection Network which was set up in February this year by former Personal Touch Financial Services chairman Wilson.
From 1 November Graves will have overall responsibility for sales at the network and club as well as looking after provider relationships and distribution.
His title is yet to be confirmed.
Wilson said: “Both Mark and I are looking forward to what we can achieve in this next phase of development.
“We share the same fundamental ethics, values and ambition to create a successful network that is totally independent and keeps its focus on what’s right for customers; by working in partnership with its advisers and firms.
“It’s important that we built a solid infrastructure, with experienced individuals who all share the vision of our Network. Now Mark, alongside the rest of the board and management team, will help drive this vision and establish our place in the market.”
