The deal is expected to facilitate effective landlord and broker interaction
Specialist mortgage lender Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has selected One Mortgage System (OMS) as its primary origination platform partner.
The bridging and buy-to-let lender said the partnership is expected to enable effective landlord and broker interaction, as well as to provide a platform for the quick and efficient delivery of lending facilities to brokers and landlords.
This move is aligned with the launch of MFS’ buy-to-let product range last year to complement its existing bridging offering.
The lender, which received The Blacks Solicitors Award for Bridging Lender of the Year in the Mortgage Introducer Awards 2022, has also recently secured £200 million of institutional funding in response to heightened demand for its bridging products and buy-to-let mortgages.
OMS, launched in 2017, is a single-input enquiry to completion mortgage processing platform and end-to-end CRM system, which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit, and Knowledge Bank.
“We have been impressed with OMS from the outset and their ability to listen to our requirements and provide solutions to them,” Paresh Raja (pictured), founder and chief executive at Market Financial Solutions, remarked. “Their system is state-of-the-art, offering integrated AVMs, credit searches, affordability, and so much more.
“We’re establishing a strong working relationship with OMS, and this partnership enables us to provide our intermediary partners with access to solutions which help meet the needs of their landlord clients swiftly, effectively and seamlessly.”
Neal Jannels, managing director at One Mortgage System, believes that while they are “relative newbies” in the lender origination platform market, they have built a “fresh and dynamic offering” that will disrupt the current offerings being provided to the UK specialist lending marketplace.
“Being chosen to provide a set of advanced, customised solutions for MFS is testament to the quality and efficiency of our platform,” Jannels stated. “We are proud to be able to play an integral role in the evolution of such a forward-thinking, innovative lender and help them deliver a fantastic landlord and broker experience.”
