The Society’s Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS) is now able to allow applicants and intermediaries who have not applied online to view how the case is progressing via the internet.
Katherine Parker, public relations officer at Market Harborough, said: "MATS helps maintain the Society’s position as leaser in developing online mortgage services and more importantly keeps customers, and mortgage introducers fully informed throughout the entire process."
