These announcements come as the company reveals a focus towards more complex, higher value, real estate funding solutions.
Martin Gilsenan and Matt Rogers have left Fortwell Capital.
Gilsenan, sales director and Rogers business development manager, have been at the lender for almost six years.
Fortwell released a statement wishing best wishes and appreciation after they “contributed an immense amount to the success of Fortwell over the last six years.”
The statement outlines these departures “coinside with a change in the company’s focus towards more complex, higher value, real estate funding solutions.”
This comes after it was confirmed that Fortwell’s chief executive Colin Sanders and head of communications and PR Bob Sturges had also left the company.
