John Charcolhasappointed Matthew Jackson as head of sales in Southampton with immediate effect.
Jackson has been working in mortgage for more than 10 years including at Countrywide Mortgage Services and Connells Group. Most recently, he was senior associate director at Niche Finance Group where he was responsible for managing a team with an annual turnover of £9 million.
Jackson will be responsible for increasing conversion and cross sale capability whilst keeping clients happy specialist residential and buy-to-let teams.
