Taking place at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries’ (AMI) theatre situated in the residential mortgages zone, the programme spans both days and covers the following areas:
- Business development.
- FSA’s forward agenda for mortgages.
- Helping first-time buyers onto the housing market.
- The developing role and responsibilities of packagers.
- Economics in the housing market.
Daniel Nwaokolo, MBE show director, commented: “This year’s programme focuses on a number of key issues for industry stakeholders including the continued plight of first-time buyers, the current economics of the housing market, and a focus on business development.
“Those delegates attending Mortgage Business Expo London on day one will also be able to attend a session on the FSA’s forward agenda for mortgages. This key note address will be delivered by Mandy Spink, head of mortgages and credit unions at the FSA and outline the regulator’s current and future plans for the supervision of UK mortgage brokers.”

Our seminar programme covers a range of issues dominating the mortgage intermediary agenda ranging from property development finance to first-time buyers, TCF to the role of the packager.”
