This will be the first time the show – taking place on 14-15 November 2007 – is split up.
The zones are as follows:
Residential
In this area advisers will be able to meet more prime, sub-prime and buy-to-let lenders, networks, packagers and service providers than at any other trade show in the UK this year. There will also be an extensive seminar programme in two theatres organised by both the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI).
Secured Loans
The secured loan zone houses a wide variety of secured loan lenders and master brokers operating in this growing market. It also contains the Secured Loan Seminar Theatre with a programme arranged by the Association of Finance Brokers (AFB).
Commercial Property Finance
Here delegates will find the UK’s leading providers of commercial mortgages, commercial investment property loans and property development loans. There will also be a dedicated seminar theatre with a programme organised by the CML and chaired by the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).
Equity Release
For advisers involved in equity release and retirement planning, Expo delivers the leading providers in the market plus a seminar theatre with a programme organised by the Association of Financial Advisers (AIFA).
Property Funds
Property-focused investment vehicles such as REITs will be represented at the show for the first time alongside a seminar theatre organised by REITA.
The MBE will also incorporate the International Property Investment Show 2007 for those brokers, IFAs, estate agents and wealth managers who advise their clients on investing in overseas property.
Daniel Nwaokolo, MBE show director, said: “This year’s Mortgage Business Expo London exhibition is already shaping up to be the most comprehensive show we have ever put on. By establishing the various zones within the exhibition floor space we are mirroring the segmentation of the mortgage and property markets and providing delegates with an easy way to navigate the show.
“The set up of the zones will allow delegates to target those areas of the market they are most interested in. The zones will allow delegates easy access to the various sectors ensuring they make the most of their visit to Expo and the business opportunities available.
“Each specific zone also has its own seminar theatre, arranged by the various trade bodies, and providing up-to-date market information from commentators and experts. We will be releasing full details of all seminar programmes over the coming weeks.
“All delegates are now invited to register on our website, www.mortgagebusinessexpo.co.uk for free entry to the show. Mortgage Business Expo is evolving with the marketplace and we will again be aiming to deliver the most valuable UK trade show for mortgage brokers and IFAs.”
