De Wood Mortgages has moved its business into the Mortgage Excellence offices in Stanmore and has been integrated into the infrastructure.
This new venture will take advantage of new affinity opportunities opening up within the mortgage industry.
Andy Cattell, head of operations at Mortgage Excellence, commented: "Traditional ways of doing mortgage business are being challenged, especially with the growth of the internet, and new ways of operating are required for mortgage brokers to thrive."
The merger marks the start of Mortgage Excellence’s ambitious plans for growth and is a sign of exciting times to come. The company is currently seeking other like-minded brokers in the local area to join forces.
