Hollins will hold the newly created role of senior relationship manager – large loans.
Before joining Metro, Hollins worked as a consultant for mortgage brokerage John Charcol.
Charles Morley, head of mortgage distribution at Metro Bank, said: “This is a real milestone for the business and we’re delighted that Jo will be at the helm of this business area.
“She brings with her exceptional experience, which will prove invaluable as we continue with our ambitious growth plans.
