At 65% the loan to value Metro Bank residential mortgage customers can secure loans from £1.5m to £3m with rates from 2.79% for a two year tracker mortgage.
Rates for buy-to-let mortgages between £750,000 and £1.5m will now start at 3.49% for a 2-year fixed rate deal at 65% LTV.
