After extensive consultation with its ARs and their advisers, MGM Home Finance has added a facility to introduce commercial enquiries to two companies - TBMC (The Business Mortgage Company) and Go Business Mortgages.
Steve Hoare, business partner relationship manager for MGM Home Finance, said: “We listened to what our Appointed Representatives required and then went out to get it for them. They will be able to refer their clients to either of our new partners, who will then deal with the clients directly, keeping our advisers fully up to date so that they can continue to advise on the protection products that we will be needed at the appropriate stage in the sales process.
“I am pleased we have been able to forge an agreement with two companies that share our business ethos and believe the arrangements will prove to be profitable for all concerned.”
Henry Brown, managing director of Go Business Mortgages, said: “I am delighted Go Business Mortgages has been selected for the MGM Home Finance panel at this stage in our development. I believe our excellent customer service to both MGM’s Appointed Representatives and their clients will prove to be extremely successful”.
Andy Young, managing director at TBMC, said: “We are happy to announce our new relationship with MGM Assurance and are planning our launch to coincide with their summer conferences. In joining their panel we will not only offer MGM a Buy to Let solution but can also provide a Commercial mortgage platform. These markets provide great opportunities for intermediaries and TBMC can offer the expert support they need to operate successfully.”
Dawn Connor, MGM’s AR Operations Manager, said: “We take the requirements of our Appointed Representatives very seriously and encourage their involvement in the decision making process. Arrangements like this and those that will follow prove that MGM Home Finance is committed to the long term future of its AR network.”
Go Business Mortgages and TBMC join a panel of 12 third party service providers covering differing aspects of Mortgage and General Insurance, including, Mortgage Club, Packaging, General Insurance, and secured loans
