Financial services broker Midlands Asset Finance (MAF) has appointed Shannon Thomson as relationship manager covering the Black Country.
Thomson (pictured) will support SME and corporate businesses across the country with any financial needs, including asset finance, invoice finance and property finance.
She joins MAF after spending two years as a sales and marketing executive at Close Brothers Asset Finance and three years as a mortgage and protection adviser at Oviso Financial Services.
Thomson said: “MAF is such an exciting place to work. The direction that the business is heading towards feeds through everyone and I can’t wait to get started.
“The Black Country is showing huge signs of growth and my objective is to help businesses in coping with that by helping with their financial needs.”
Sue Chapman, MAF director, added: “Shannon is an enthusiastic lady who we recognise has amazing potential, which we will bring out through our Talent Development Programme.
“She’s hit the ground running and is already an integral part of the team.
“The business is growing at an extremely fast pace and it will continue to do so as we look to expand our presence across the country.”
MAF’s growth in the past 12 months has seen nine new starters join the business, making Shannon the 10th appointment over the last year and the third of 2019.
