The group is planning to contribute to the consultation paper before the April deadline and feels that any changes in the rules will be comfortably absorbed by the group.
Data from within the networks has shown that the majority of its IFAs offer their clients the option to pay for advice through fees, but most clients still choose to pay for advice through commission. Misys feels that enabling consumers to pay for advice through commission has meant that the advice has been available to more people.
