Following an internal recruitment process, Ed McAra is appointed to the new position of mortgage manager with overall responsibility for Money Partners' four teams of first mortgage underwriters. Matt Smith is similarly appointed to the new role of loans manager with oversight of the specialist lender's four secured loans underwriting teams. Both will report into Money Partners' head of underwriting, Paul Simpson.
In addition, three new team leaders have been named to fill the vacancies created by internal moves and the promotion of Smith and McAra. They are Nicky Pack, Jane Griggs and Vanessa King who will each lead a team of dedicated secured loans underwriters. All three have been promoted from within the business and will report direct to Matt Smith, loans manager.
All appointments are effective from 1 June 2006.
