Mooney previously held a range of senior positions at Tesco Personal Finance, RSA and MORE TH>N.
His expertise includes driving new business launches, product innovation, marketing effectiveness and transformational change.
Mooney joins Paymentshield from The Co-operative where he was commercial director for the General Insurance division.
