In second place, nearly a third (28%) of searches through Unbiased.co.uk’s ‘find a mortgage adviser’ service requested advice on remortgaging, as homeowners continue to seek advice on the best deals, releasing equity and whether to fix or not to fix in the current climate. The third most popular search was for advice on the residential property market with nearly a quarter (23%) of searches specifying this criteria.
