In addition, all 3-year tracker products at 75% LTV are reducing by 0.1% with rates now starting from 5.89%. Abbey is also reducing the fees on its 2 and 3-year fixes at 5.98%. The 2-year fix fee is reducing by £500 to £995 and 3-year fix by £400 to £1,295.
Phil Cliff, Abbey mortgage director commented: "This is the second time in two weeks that we have cut rates and now we're cutting fees as well to offer customers a great deal."
