Mortgage Beaters is offering a special buy-to-let launch product which allows a 15% gifted deposit with a loan to value rate of 80% up to a maximum of £400,000 depending on income. If the customer(s) can prove a single or joint income in excess £60,000 per year the rental calculation may not apply. The maximum exposure to a development is 40% and customers cannot purchase more than 10 properties or borrow more than £1,000,000.
