Available to download via its website or on CD on request, the Premier Edition is being released to all users over the course of the coming weeks and months. Mortgage Brain’s Premier Edition covers all of the major market areas including mainstream, adverse, light adverse, buy-to-let, let to buy, self-cert and is seamlessly integrated with the Mortgage Trading Exchange.
In addition to the many features that exist on the current system, the Premier Edition benefits from an enhanced user friendly navigational system and an improved look and feel. Further enhancements have also been made to its sourcing capabilities with the system featuring over 70 search filters including buy-to-let, let-to-buy, and quick and simple adverse sourcing.
Furthermore, Premier Edition is designed to be a ‘super component’ with the capability to exchange circa 700 data items, documents, compliance information and audit trails with the point of sale and compliance systems in use by mortgage introducers.
Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said: “The additional enhancements we’ve made to the Premier Edition are based on feedback we’ve received from the industry. We spent a lot of time talking to our customers and partners to make sure that this next generation of Mortgage Brain will exceed expectations and since the first demonstrations and trials took place in May, the comments we’ve received have been incredibly encouraging.”
In addition to the navigational system and filtering, which will enable the mortgage sourcing process to be conducted in seconds, the Premier Edition also features a ‘Reasons for Recommendation’ capability, compliance prompts, affordability calculators, proc fee calculators, income multiple overrides and seamless integration with major third party point-of-sale and compliance systems.
Paul Shearman, mortgage proposition director for Openwork, said: “Our new mortgage delivery platform is a critical part of our on-going drive to ensure Openwork’s systems infrastructure is market leading and we’re confident that the integration of the Premier Edition will help us deliver an easy to use and safe environment in which our advisers can thrive. The new navigational system and filtering options, for example, allow the mortgage sourcing process to be conducted in a more efficient manner.”
