Recognising that many introducers will be working overtime as compliance requirements come into force at the end of the month Mortgage Brain is extending its call centre opening hours to 8.00pm with immediate effect to ensure its users can access support services whenever they need it.
Commenting on the extended customer service opening hours, Mark Lofthouse, Mortgage Brain CEO said, “With over 22,000 individual users needing to ensure they are compliant in time for Mortgage Day it is imperative software support is available whenever it’s needed.
