Active follows companies such as Your Move and Personal Touch in taking up the sourcing system in recent weeks, and represents another rich vein of business for Mortgage Brain since the launch of its Broker 6.50 version in November.
Mark Lofthouse, chief executive of Mortgage Brain, said: “We are delighted that the Active Management Group has selected Mortgage Brain as one of its long-term business partners and look forward to working with them for years to come. We believe that the new features and enhancements included with Broker 6.50 make it the best system available today and to see Active Management joining the many others that have recently decided to use our products and services confirms this.”
The Broker 6.50 version combines compliance and sourcing systems and allows key facts illustration (KFI) generation and audit trails to be completed through the system.
Lofthouse believes companies like combining their own systems with Mortgage Brain and the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE). He explains: “A lot of people like the fact they can integrate their own systems with Mortgage Brain. Personal Touch wanted to use Toolbox, its system, in conjunction with ours and it was very easy to set up.”
Mike Buckley, joint chief executive at Active, said: “We are committed to providing our advisers with the best technology solutions available and selecting Mortgage Brain, to offer them its mortgage selection and sourcing capabilities, has re-enforced this. The new version of Mortgage Brain, coupled with the MTE is, we believe, the best solution available on the market.”
