This brings the number of lenders on the panel to 18.
Mike Lloyd, head of sales, said: “We discussed the possibility of adding db mortgages to our panel with some of our franchises who are now very pleased with the outcome. We will continue to listen to and act wherever possible to the feedback from our growing franchise community. As with other lenders added recently, we believe that db mortgages will fulfil a valuable role amongst our panel of lenders. Also with immediate effect we will be offering a £75 valuation fee on all of db mortgages Buy to Let schemes in respect of our direct business. This will bring db mortgages in line with 11 other such lender incentives schemes currently offered by Mortgage Bureau.”
Mortgage Bureau has also opened a branch in Scotland.
Lloyd added: "We have been looking to open a branch in Scotland for some time. We will continue to open branches across the whole of the UK and believe that this will better serve the individual needs of brokers within their own region. Mortgage Bureau UK (MBUK) Glasgow is another step towards this and we are sure that they will provide an excellent and tailored service to the Mortgage Advice community in West Scotland."
Nasim Malik, director MBUK Glasgow, said: “We are pleased to be leading the way in Scotland with MBUK Glasgow. There is a huge demand here for mortgage distributors who deliver in a speedy and professional manner, while establishing close working relationships with introducers. Our aim is to be market leaders in service and products from the word go.”
