The event, which is in its 13th year, features a line-up including Nationwide Intermediaries, Woolwich Mortgages from Barclays, Kensington Mortgages, Aldermore Mortgages, Magellan Home Loans, Blemain Finance, and Leeds Building Society.
Attendees from the Excel Centre last year wanted the event to be held in a more central location.
Mike Mikunda, show director, said: “The general consensus was that a more central location in the city would provide much easier access.
“We have also reflected the economic environment and its impact on people with our changes to the show this year.
“For example, running it for one day instead of two means that visitors and participants need not agonise over their decision to take two days away.”
