Tim Sturley, Mortgage Express’ Head of Mortgage Distribution, has announced some changes to the structure of its sales team.
The Mortgage Express sales team had four Regional Intermediary Sales Managers (RISMs) who combined the management of key accounts with the management of a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
However these roles are to split, separating the management of BDMs and key accounts. Claire Ridgewell and Tony Vivash will take on responsibility for managing BDMs in the South and the North respectively while two new Key Account Managers - Louisa Sedgwick and Mark Collar – will oversee Mortgage Express’ relationship with its key accounts.
Tim Sturley says: ‘I believe that going forward we can improve the customer experience by creating these new roles, and can provide a keener focus on delivering the kind of service they need.’
