The deal will see Mortgage Integrity rebranded as Mortgage Advice Bureau New Homes over the coming weeks.
Chris Schutrups, founder and managing director at Southampton-based The Mortgage Hut Group, said: “Expanding the business is always at the heart of our strategy and we are delighted to acquire a thriving and well-established business with loyal customer base.

Alan Shaw, previously managing director at Mortgage Integrity, added: “It has been a real pleasure developing Mortgage Integrity for the past 14 years and working with such a dedicated team to get it where it is today. I am looking forward to continuing my work within the business, to see it flourish even further under new leadership.”
There will be no change for the current staff who will remain based at the offices in East Street, Fareham, Hants, and Shawwill remain onboard as a consultant.
The Mortgage Hut Group, which now has six offices across Hampshire and an office in London, was founded by Schutrups five years ago and earlier this year the company was shortlisted as one of the fastest rising property businesses on the south coast.
