Brokers who source products from Mortgage Next’s packaged panel of lenders using Trigold will can now submit applications in principle and mortgage applications electronically.
Once a product search has been completed via Trigold, client data will be automatically transferred onto Trigold’s ETC system from where it can be submitted online to Mortgage Next for processing.
Mortgage Next will then package the case and provide a fast response to the introducing intermediary.
Lisa Barber, sales & marketing director at Mortgage Next, said: “This development will enable brokers to submit non-conforming mortgage applications online via a single generic application.
"They will not only have access to a comprehensive panel of 13 lenders and a wide range of exclusive products, but also access to online case tracking, onsite underwriters who can provide instant offers, a dedicated case manager and they will receive express payment of procuration fees.
"This development is being warmly welcomed by brokers who are finding the placement of non-conforming mortgage applications more difficult in today’s market.”
David Thompson, sales director at Trigold added: "Mortgage Next recognises that after inputting a huge amount of client data as a part of the advice process there is simply no justification in having to re-enter this data later in the process.
"The Pre-population of client data into the Mortgage Next generic application form from the fact find is a great time saver. The ability to submit their application online when applying for a number of lenders products is a major win that creates a process which simply offers a quicker and easier way to send applications. It’s no surprise that this is a hit with brokers.”
