The system will be available at a discounted price of £15.99 + VAT, with an alternative cost-free option based on minimum business levels.
Commenting on the move, Martin Maynard, managing director of Mortgage Next, said: "Our decision to promote Mortgage Brain has been based on the consortium of lenders who now own the system - representing 60% of all mortgages transacted in the UK - together with their commitment to move towards product guarantees."
Mortgage Next has launched this offer as part of a new range of services it is offering. The new services, including a Homemovers Data Scheme, providing details of customers selling their houses by postcode, a 3-option MPPI product and on-line protection insurance products.
