The deal will involve Mortgage Next, the UK’s largest independent mortgage distributor, giving Scottish Provident Mortgage Alliance’s members access to a panel of six specialist lenders – BM Solutions, Britannic Money, Capital Home Loans, Platform, TMB and UCB Home Loans. These lenders have a well earned reputation for offering competitively priced products. Exclusive products developed in conjunction with Mortgage Next will also be available.
As part of the overall service package Mortgage Next will also be providing a dedicated free helpline to provide advice and recommendations to intermediaries on the most suitable self cert product for an applicant’s individual personal circumstances.
