The move will see Mortgages plc based on the same site as over 3200 Merrill Lynch employees.
The move, which will take place in February, will involve all London based staff. Mortgages plc’s Operations Centre will remain in Glasgow and the move will not involve any changes to the Mortgages plc brand.
