· How to begin constructing a TCF review
The first seminar will be held in the offices of Compliance Consultants Ltd in Leicester on 2 March 2006 and will run from 9:30Am to 1:00 PM.
Nick Baxter director at Mortgage Promotions said, “As a mortgage club we are passionate about helping directly authorised firms remain that way. We see part of our role as help DA firms understand and cope with regulation. Compliance Consultants Ltd have been helping Mortgage Promotions registered users with a range of compliance services ever since we first launched and these seminars show a synergy in our thinking.
Simon Collins Compliance Consultants said, “The concept of TCF is simple, firms should ensure that their customers are treated in a fair manner. However, embedding it within the culture of a business is not so straightforward. The FSA make it quite clear that they expect even the smallest firms to have reviewed their current practices and assess these from a TCF perspective. This TCF seminar provides firms with an opportunity to learn more about TCF and the practicalities of incorporating it into their business structure. The seminar will be packed with hints, tips and advice from professionals who have vast industry experience. The seminar will be interactive, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions to those who have experience of the issues that you are facing.”
