Mortgage Rates fall at UCB Homeloans

Details of the new rates for UCB Home Loans variable rate mortgages are:

The FlexiPlus variable rate has reduced by 0.1% to 5.89% (6.2% APR).

The self-certification variable rate has reduced by 0.1% to 6.49% (6.9% APR).

The Buy or Let variable rate (a tracker product) has reduced by 0.25% to 5.74% (Base + 1.99%) (6.1% APR).

Charles Reed, managing director at UCB Home Loans said: “These rates offer a particularly attractive deal for our borrowers, many of whom are self-employed”.
