Philip brings over 8 years of training experience in the financial services industry to Mortgage Savings Centre, having previously working for GE Consumer Finance and the Britannia Building Society.
Mike Gerighty, director of operations said: “This new role builds upon the existing training and mentoring programme. Philip’s input will extend across all training avenues in the business, from the in-depth induction programme to monthly refresher sessions and one-on-one coaching. The money management positioning is a key part of our proposition and we are delighted Philip has joined us in this new role”.
