Andrew Frankish joined Mortgage Talk in 1995 as a senior mortgage sales consultant, after success as a senior mortgage underwriter with the Royal Bank of Scotland. More recently, he took on the role of developing Mortgage Talk's new homes department for builders, followed by time spent as the
company's Technical Director, with overall responsibility for development of all the company's new products and services.
The new post sees him spearheading Mortgage Talk's external and internal communications processes.
'The last few years have seen Mortgage Talk experience huge growth, thanks to the hard work of all our staff and directors. The big challenge facing us is to harness all our talents to reach our objective of being the UK's biggest and best mortgage broker. This new role enables me to oversee the operational changes that will allow us to capitalise on everyone's individual strengths to achieve this goal,' says Frankish.
In addition, Mortgage Talk has appointed new customer service and administration managers. Chris Ogg joins the company from Powergen, where he was a call centre manager. At Mortgage Talk, his role will be to develop the customer services department by examining and identifying methods of improving service levels even further.
Peter O'Neil joins Mortgage Talk to head up the administration department. Previously at Norwich Union, where he helped set up and administer their pensions division, Peter adds a wealth of experience in an area critical to the company's development.
