Of customers surveyed, 95% who have used the services of its network members over the last 12 months would do so again in the future.
The Group’s compliance department has involved a number of its Appointed Representative firms in its treating customers fairly (TCF) review. Part of this review involved customer satisfaction questionnaires being issued to a number of clients to gauge opinions of the levels of service they have received. In addition, three quarters of those asked rated the service they received as 5 out of 5.
