The refreshed venture will be headed up by William McGoldrick, formerly of Moneyquest and HLS Ltd.
Derby-based aggregator Mortgageforce has relaunched its Scottish franchise in conjunction with a group of leading IFA partners in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The refreshed venture will be headed up by William McGoldrick, formerly of Moneyquest and HLS Ltd, and comes after the departure of Mortgageforce's original franchisees.
McGoldrick said: “This is a landmark opportunity for both myself and my growing team to put a new stake in the ground up here and I’d welcome any further recruits looking to feed off what is a very rich leadflow.
“What we valued most about the Mortgageforce proposition is the ability to trade with far greater independence and flexibility than that which exists in most comparable networks. It's a cliché I know, but size actually doesn’t matter anymore in the intermediated sector."
Mortgageforce has also agreed a pitch-side sponsorship deal with Derby County Football Club.
Kevin Duffy, managing director, said: “We have had a record year on both revenues and profits so we can start ploughing some of those gains back in to a community that serves us so well.
“The project offers great value even though it wouldn't fund one of Neymar's toenail clippings.
“But like ourselves , Derby County are a go-ahead entity and even though my reverse forecast for their division is Boro and Fulham , I am confident that the rams will be in the Premier League within two years and that our brand will be joining them there. "
Mortgageforce will be 20 years old next year and is on target to aggregate over £1.2bn worth of finance this year.
